dead horse point proposal
these two were so much fun, and obviously so head over heels in love! nick was totally set on dead horse point (and who can blame him?!) so he and i collaborated on logistics, timing, and how he would pop the question. that evening the weather was all over the place. sunny one minute, pouring rain the next, even a little hail, but i knew these two would show and be up for anything.
i hung out at the edge of the canyon for a while because i’m always early, especially for proposals. i just can’t help myself! i watched as the clouds moved across one of my favorite canyon views and just stood there in awe at how lucky i am to get to be present for moments like this, both in nature and in the lives of these badass couples.
abby said yes (!) and they danced around dead horse point as the sun dipped lower and lower. we laughed our butts off and talked about everything under the sun. congratulations you two! cheers to lots more adventures yet to come!
